Previously Deltron Emcon, DEM Manufacturing is an amalgamation of four UK manufacturing businesses; Deltron Components, Roxburgh EMC, Media Products and BES Electronics.

In 2007 Deltron Emcon changed its name to DEM Manufacturing and together with CCS Electronics (Runcorn, Cheshire) and CTL Manufacturing (Stonehouse, Gloucester), consolidated their businesses to become Alpha 3 Manufacturing Limited.

DEM Manufacturing is based in North Lincolnshire.  The custom built 4,000m2 building represents a significant investment by DEM, and brings together the two former production units based in West London and Scunthorpe under one roof as a centre of manufacturing excellence.

DEM will utilise their team of engineers, purchasing specialists, manufacturing professionals and service team to deliver competitive solutions to your manufacturing requirements, leaving you to focus precious resource on core business activities such as R&D, new product introduction and marketing.

DEM Manufacturing is part of Alpha 3 Manufacturing.  Alpha 3 Manufacturing was launched in January 2007 bringing together 3 manufacturing organisations; CCS Electronics, CTL Manufacturing and DEM Manufacturing.  These three organisations now benefit from having integrated business systems and central management support enabling them to operate more cost effectively, with more flexibility and to provide a wider scope of services.
