Branded Deltron, DEM´s range includes ABS enclosures, polycarbonate enclosures and aluminium diecast enclosures, and all boxes can be customised and finished to your exact requirements including machining, surface treatment, nylon and powder coating, and component assembly.
The Deltron Enclosures range consists of general aluminium diecast enclosures, IP rated enclosures; IP65 enclosures, IP66 enclosures, IP67 enclosures and IP68 enclosures, and industrial and heavy duty options suitable for harsh environments. Free standing or flanged mounting options available.
Deltron general purpose aluminium diecast enclosures are rated IP65, and are supplied with close fitting lids ensuring excellent EMI / RFI screening properties. Deltron 459 series are free-standing IP65 enclosures, and Deltron 455 series are flange mounting IP65 enclosures.
Deltron sealed range of aluminium diecast enclosures includes self-adhesive neoprene seals providing IP66 rating when attached to the box lids. Deltron 460 series are free-standing IP66 enclosures, and Deltron 456 series are flange mounting IP66 enclosures.
In 2010, Deltron launched the IP67 and IP68 rated waterproof enclosures (480 and 483 series) which are ideal for systems exposed to the most demanding environmental conditions in marine, industrial, food preparation, transportation, leisure and other applications. Deltron 480 series are free-standing IP68 enclosures, and Deltron 483 series are flange-mounting IP68 enclosures.
Following the successful launch of IP67 and IP68 enclosures, Deltron developed the 480-C and 483-C ranges of IP68 EMI RFI enclosures, which include enhanced EMI and RFI protection. Deltron 480-C series are free-standing IP68 EMI RFI enclosures, and Deltron 483-C series are flange-mounting IP68 EMI RFI enclosures.
Deltron have increased their portfolio further, by adding a new range of industrial heavy duty enclosures (486 series). These enclosures are available in 7 new sizes, are IP68 rated and can be fully customised to your exact requirements.
