New SineWave Guardian Filter

An exciting new MTE Corporation SineWave Guardian Filter with its patent-pending adaptive passive filtering technology is now available at DEM Manufacturing.

With high performance and better efficiency as a smaller than average LC filter, along with the transformation outputs of VFDs to a near perfect sinusoidal waveform, it provides the best motor protection for increased productivity levels and lower costs.

Providing unequalled performance in cleaning the PWM waveforms generated by VFDs, the SineWave Guardian eliminates high frequency content and voltage peaks to extend system efficiency and motor life out to 4500m. Its excellent reliability, durability and tolerance of particularly high ambient temperatures makes it suitable in numerous applications and industries from steel mills to oil fields.

The modular design and smaller footprint ensures the product is easy to install and integrate into the necessary systems. Engineers can also select the voltage rating they require between 380V – 480V and the current range from 2A to 720A in modular, NEMA 1 / 2 and NEMA 3R configurations.
