Improved Turnaround with New High Speed Machine
Deltron Enclosures is pleased to announce we have recently invested in a Wittmann Battenfeld injection moulding machine. This top of the range device will help increase productivity and reduce lead times.
The new Smartpower 90-350 machine reduces waste by producing consistent top quality products as it is a more controlled process with every adjustment being monitored and recorded by the machine. It also enables us to reduce lead times whilst using the full B8 expert package, producing SPC/trend diagrams as live data.

The injection moulding machine works by feeding material granules via a hopper into a heated barrel, these are melted using heater bands and the frictional action of a reciprocating screw in the barrel. The plastic is then injected through a nozzle into a mould cavity where it cools and hardens to the configuration of the cavity, to produce the end product of an injection moulded plastic part. The machine is controlled, reliable and highly energy efficient.
