Students Build Aquatic Robot with a Deltron Enclosure
Students from Northern Illinois University recently took advantage of our Free Samples for Students scheme to build an innovative aquatic robot.
An aluminium enclosure with ingress protection was a necessary component to guarantee safe housing of the electronics, and Deltron Enclosures was delighted to support the students by donating their preferred enclosure for the project.
Northern Illinois University Robotics club commented; “Over last summer, our club competed in MATE (Marine Advance Technology in Education) and placed 15th out of 25 in the demonstration category of the competition. The enclosures worked great, and no water leaked into our electronics!”
Deltron Enclosures would like to wish the students the best of luck with the remainder of their studies.
Students are the engineers of the future and Deltron Enclosures is keen to help them prepare for working life in the industry by offering a free enclosure sample to those who are working on engineering projects throughout university or college.
